Rotary Club of Monticello & Streets of Monticello Association have once again partnered together to carry on the tradition of the Monticello Lighted Christmas Parade. The parade route will begin at Ohio Street and Third Street and continue north, ending at Foster Street. Prizes will be given to the Top 7 Entries: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, as well as Spectacular Sparkles, Most Creative, Judges Pick, & Mayor’s Choice Award.
